Preparation - you will complete a Dynamic warm-up & muscle activation sequence to prepare you for EVERY SESSION
Adaption - back pain? No worries, we will adapt the session. New to training? No worries, we will scale the session to suit… Regardless of what is programmed - we will make the session work for you.
