Development Program (MAD)

The Momentum Athletic Development (MAD) program is designed for developing athletes (aged 12-20) to guide and advance their athletic ability. This program focuses on improving movement competency, developing strength and power, injury prevention and ensuring developing athletes get the head start and foundation they need in an ever-evolving competitive sporting world.

MAD Program Options

Choose from our MAD PRO or MAD Baseline Options.

You can expect 1-4 sessions a week depending on movement competency and athlete workload.

We will take you through a structured plan to guide you in to the best pathway for your sport and level of need. Every athlete will:

  • Engage in a free 30 Min Consult (determine goals, and start your plan)

  • Conduct Movement Screen with your Coach

  • Develop personalised Program with your Coach

  • Begin weekly Strength & Conditioning training to achieve your goals

Training is conducted in small specialised groups

All programs include:

  • Train Heroic Access – Access to our Programming App in which athletes can log and track their sessions, map progression and communicate with their coach. 

  • Unlimited Gym Access – Access to our facilities at Momentum Sports Performance Centre within staffed hours. 

  • Train like an athlete

  • Learn new technical skills

  • Train with purpose and direction

  • Improve athletic performance (speed, agility, sports performance)

  • Have fun with your mates and coaches

  • Track progress and learn about recovery
